Purchase a Subscription

A subscriptions is required to unlock the full potential of the Looped platform. This guide will help you choose and purchase the right subscription plan for your needs.

Looped offers two simple and flexible subscription plans for your team:

  • Single App: Perfect if you only need access to one Looped application
  • Looped One: Ideal for small teams and growing businesses that need access to multiple Looped applications

All subscriptions are tied to a team. When you purchase a subscription, it will be associated with the team you have selected. If you don’t have a team yet, you can create one by following the steps outlined in Creating a Team.

  1. Sign in to manage.looped.sh
  2. Select your team from the Team Picker in the header
  3. Click on Billing in the header

  1. Select the radio button corresponding to the plan you would like to purchase
  2. Review the pricing of the selected plan
  3. Click Start Subscription
  1. You’ll be redirected to the secure payment page
  2. Enter your payment details (credit card or other available payment methods)
  3. Review the subscription summary and billing cycle
  4. Confirm your purchase

Once your payment is processed:

  1. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details
  2. Your team will immediately have access to the features included in your plan
  3. An invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address

All plans are priced per seat. You can manage seats at any time from the billing page.

Add or remove seats

The seat count must always be greater than or equal to the number of members in the team. If you wish to decrease it to a quantity less than the number of members, you must first remove the members that no longer need access.

Our subscriptions are managed via stripe, at any point from the billing page you can click the Manage Subscription button to manage your subscription. On the stripe management page you can:

  • view your current subscription and quantity
  • view your next billing date
  • manage your payment methods
  • upgrade or make changes to your plan
  • cancel your subscription
